　　由于导热油热稳定性能好、传热性能佳、低蒸汽压、以及无毒无味、对设备无腐蚀等许多优点。 我公司电加热导热油炉已逐步被更广泛的企业生产所选用。系统特点：

　　1.高品质的热源 导热油加热系统可在常压液相下，为热用户输出高350℃的热油；我公司导热油加热系统均采用日本OMRON温控仪表，运用双PID自整定智能控温技术，控制精度可达±1℃左右温度，准确控制使用的温度范围内；加热主电源采用固态模块无触点开关电路，适应频繁开关，并对供电网络无干扰。并具有防干烧。可根据用户要求设计添加热油冷却系统，以满足升温后需要快速降温的生产工艺要求；

　　2.节约能源，运行费用低 导热油加热系统为液相闭路循环，出油温度和回油温度相差20-30度，也就是说只加热20-30度的温差就能达到使用温度。同时该设备不需要水处理设备并且无蒸汽锅炉的跑、冒、滴、漏等热损失，热利用率很高，与蒸汽锅炉相比，节能50％左右；

　　3.设备投资少 由于导热油加热系统简单，无水处理设备及更多的辅助设备、锅炉承受低压力等，所以整个系统投资较少；

　　4.安全由于系统只承受泵压，导热油加热系统无爆炸危险，因而其更加安全；

　　5.环保 有机热载体加热系统的环保效果主要体现在烟气排放量极少，无排污污染及热污染

　　1. High-quality oil heating system can provide maximumoutput of350 ℃hot oil;our oil heating systems are using Japan OMRON temperature controller, with double intelligent self-tuning PIDcontrol temperature technology, control precision up to ±1 ℃temperature and accurately control the temperature within the range of use;heating power using solid-state non-contact switch circuit modules, adapt tofrequent switching, and the power supply network without interference. And itis anti-dry. According to user requirements and design, it can add hot oilcooling system to meet the needs of rapid cooling after heating duringproduction process;

　　2. Energy saving, low operating costs. Oil heatingsystem equipped closed-loop control, temperature of oil inlet and oil outlet isbetween 20-30 degrees , which means that only the heating temperaturedifference can reach 20-30 degrees operating temperature. Meanwhile, the devicedoes not require water treatment and no steam, boilers run, run, drip, heatleakage, high efficiency, compared with the steam boiler, saving about 50%;
