美孚DTE 10 系列是专门为满足现代高压工业和移动设备的液压系统需求所设计的高性能抗磨液压油。
美孚DTE 10 系列配方(专利申请中)包括基础油和专有添加剂,确保在各种应用中提供均衡的性能。产品具有抗氧化和热稳定性,即使用于高压、高功率泵的液压系统中也能保持较长的使用寿命,将沉积物的形成降到。型的清洁性能可预防液压系统重要部件出现故障,例如许多现代液压系统中都使用的紧密配合间隙的伺服阀和比例阀。其稳定剪切力和高粘度指数适用于较大的操作温度范围,能在各种高低温度下保持液压效率并同时保护部件。空气释放性能为停留时间短的系统提供了多一层保护措施,预防气蚀损伤和微自燃带来的对油品的影响。的基础油和添加剂能够通过水生生物毒性试验(LC-50, OECD 203),而且无锌抗磨添加剂组合能高度保护齿轮、叶片和活塞泵,同时大限度减少沉积物的形成。

在受控实验室效率测试中测得,在标准液压应用情况下,相对于Mobil DTE 20,使用Mobil DTE 10 Excel 的液压泵工作效率可多达 6%。
此外,实验室和大量现代液压系统的现场使用测试都已证实,与其它美孚 液压油相比,美孚DTE 10 系列产品具有长的使用寿命,是这些传统液压油的三倍,同时还能保持的液压系统清洁度和部件保护。通过在-34°C的低温下成功运行并保持 ISO粘度等级要求,Mobil DTE 10 Excel 显示了其较高的粘度指数以及显著的剪切稳定性。
同样,在受控条件下对美孚DTE 10 系列产品和其竞争产品进行了标准叶片泵测试。30 分钟的测试结果显示,在相同条件下,美孚DTE 10 系列产品产生的热量较其竞争产品少,且测得的系统温度也比竞争产品的低6°C至7°C。
