　　一、产品介绍：

　　二、产品特点：

　　1．抗拉强度大，最小值达1.5Mpa以上；

　　2．高弹性，断裂伸长率在80-1500%范围内可调，具有承受建筑物沉降、干缩、龟裂、温差、变形而不开裂的能力；

　　3．成膜性，涂覆后，可形成高强、坚韧、耐久的防水涂膜并根据需要配制成各种色彩，即具有防水性能，又具有橡胶类材料良好的弹性；

　　4．防水透气，建筑结构中的水蒸汽可自然透过涂料层，避免防水层起鼓；

　　5．粘结能力极强，其粘结强度为水泥砂浆的3-10倍，也可作界面处理剂，用于粘结大理石、瓷砖、墙面砖等贴面装饰材料；

　　6．抗冻融、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗紫外线照射、耐候性、耐老化性极优，高耐水性，泡水不肿胀、不返碱；

　　Two, product characteristics:

　　1. the tensile strength is large, and the minimum value is more than 1.5Mpa.

　　用法一：作防水层用

　　① 基层处理：基层应平整、结实、无空鼓、疏松、无蜂窝以及油污等。

　　②涂底胶：基层平整度较差时，在改性剂中掺合适量的水（一般比例为改性剂：水=1：4）搅拌均匀后，涂抹在基层表面做底涂。

　　③防水层：按改性剂:水泥:砂=1:2:4（重量比）拌和成防水砂浆均匀批档并压实抹光，批档的厚度依设计要求而定。通常本品添加量约2.0-2.5kg/m2。

　　用法二：作粘贴瓷砖用（兼具防水作用）

　　① 基层表面应平整、洁净，勿须凿毛处理。

　　②装饰材料表面应清洁，并须在水中浸泡阴干。

　　③ 在基层表面和装饰材料粘贴面，分别均匀涂抹一遍改性剂（掺合适量的水，一般比例为改性剂：水=1:4，搅拌均匀）。

　　④按改性剂:水泥:砂=1:2:4（重量比）拌和成防水砂浆均匀涂抹在装饰材料粘贴面上，粘贴厚度以5.0～8.0mm为宜，然后贴合于基层上找正，压实。

　　⑤室温养护24～48h即可达到理想强度，5天达到度。

　　2、聚合物防水砂浆改性剂涂膜型

　　（2）施工方法：

　　①基层处理：基面应平整、结实、无空鼓、疏松，无蜂窝以及油污等。

　　②涂底胶：基层平整度较差时，在改性剂中掺合适量的水（一般比例为改性剂：水=1：4）搅拌均匀后，涂抹在基层表面做底涂。

　　③防水涂料：按改性剂:水泥=1:0.8的重量比拌和的防水涂料，在基面上涂刷三遍以上，厚度达到防水规范要求，每一遍涂刷间隔约为2～4小时，以指触不粘为标。

　　④加强处理：防水层如需加强，可采用无纺布作胎体在涂层中间按需要进行增强。用量：按不同厚度确定，通常为1.5～2.0 kg/m2。

　　四、注意事项：

　　1、改性剂在使用前应搅拌均匀。

　　2、水泥为32.5#以上普通硅酸盐水泥，砂为中砂或细砂。

　　3、改性剂应贮存在阴凉处，保存期12个月。

　　4、包装：本产品用塑料桶包装，分25kg/桶、50kg/桶。
