　　使用工艺：

　　1．基层处理：基层必须清除灰尘、油污等，以免影响粘结度。施工墙面要湿润（外干内湿）并保持一定的平整度，高低不平或粗糙的部位用水泥砂浆抹平。

　　2．混合料制备：将本产品加入清水内搅拌成膏状，加水量为本产品重量的25%左右。注意先放水后放粉剂。搅拌时可使用人工或电动搅拌器。搅拌均匀后静置5分钟，视施工稠度要求加入适量的水再搅拌一次即可使用。

　　3．粘贴方法：用齿形刮板均匀地将胶浆刮抹于工作面上，厚度因砖材而异。一般大理石粘结应在4～6mm，墙质砖粘结应在3～4mm，然后将瓷砖揉压摆正于上面即可。如瓷砖的背沟较深，除工作面抹浆外，还应在瓷砖背面抹浆。也可用传统方法将胶浆抹于瓷砖背面，再用力搓压摆正到基层上，刮去多余胶浆。

　　4．粘砖后，可在调整时间内（约20～25分钟）移动调整，方便纠正。

　　5．施工后自然凝固，24小时内免受水浸泡或冲刷。

　　6．一次拌料量不宜过多，随拌随用，应在1小时内用完；已干结硬化的胶浆不应再使用。

　　7．若加水过多使胶浆过稀，只能加本产品调节稠度，不应加水泥、砂或其它物质。

　　▲本品包装袋是编织袋附内膜，25公斤/袋，置于托板上离地贮存，以免雨水浸湿，保证通风、干燥、避免日光直接照射。

　　use process:
