　　一、产品简介: 高聚物改性沥青防水涂料是以石油沥青为基料，以sbs橡胶为改性剂，以天然纳米材料为填料，并辅高分子聚合物经科学配方生产而成的水性防水涂料。具有优良的施工性能和使用性能，涂膜弹塑性、低温柔韧性及抗老化性优良；高聚物改性沥青防水涂料， 不但具有优良的耐水性、抗渗性，且涂膜柔软、具有高档防水卷材的功效， 又有施工方便，潮湿基层可固化成膜、粘结力强、 可抵抗压力渗透、特别适用于复杂结构， 可明显降低施工费用， 用于各种材料表面， 为新一代环保防水涂料。

　　四、适用范围 ：

　　1、各种预制、现浇混凝土结构的厂房、仓库、桥梁、民用建筑等屋面及接缝防水；

　　2、底层住户的地面永久性防湿及厨卫间、阳台的长期防水、地下室墙面、基底及水池的防水防渗；

　　4、维修老沥青油毡屋面、石棉瓦屋面及各种结构的天沟、泛水等漏水；

　　5、管道构件的防腐，也可涂刷在自防水刚性构件表面，起抗渗及防止构件粉化腐蚀作用。

　　五、基层要求 ：

　　基层质量直接关系到防水层的使用寿命，因此，基层必须符合以下要求：

　　1、水泥砂浆或混凝土标号必须符合设计要求； 2、基层要坚实、平整、无凹凸麻面、无起砂等；

　　3、与突出屋面结构的连接处及基层的转角处均应做成圆弧形，其半径不宜小于50mm；

　　4、分格缝与板端缝对齐，缝宽20mm； 5、若有保温层，每10~40m2开设一个排气孔。

　　六、施工顺序及方法：

　　施工顺序应先作节点，附加层，然后再进行大面积涂刷；

　　七、注意事项 ：

　　1、基层应养护达到一定强度（不小于0.3mpa）后方可施工；

　　2、涂料使用前必须充分搅匀；

　　3、每一道施工必须在涂层干透后，方能进行后一道施工，粘脚现象可事先在行走部位浇点水加以克服；

　　5、本产品储存期为九个月；按照非危险品贮存与运输。

　　7、施工中必须注意防火及通风措施，配备防火器具，施工人员配戴手套和口罩等相应的防护用具，以防化学中毒。注意成品保护措施，下道工序施工时必须严格保证不得破坏防水涂膜层，避免影响防水效果。

　　八、用量： 按1.0mm厚，每平方用量1.2-1.5公斤。
