　　一、产品介绍：

　　SBS改性沥青防水涂料是在防水涂料市场中的一次飞跃,它既具有SBS改性沥青卷材良好的耐候性、防水性、稳定性等优点,又易于成型为一整体防水膜,是理想的防水材料。该产品是以石油沥青为基料,高分子聚合物改性,与增塑剂和填充料制成的高性能、低价格的厚质涂料。

　　二、产品特点： 无“三废污染”，无毒无味，冷施工，工效高，造价低，从根本上消除了溶剂型涂料施工的缺陷，大大改善劳动条件；施工后的表面形成了一个完整以统一整体，克服了热施工质量随沥青温度变化的缺点，涂料橡胶颗粒的应力集中作用激发了大量银纹与剪切带，较好地改善了涂层延伸性，低温柔性抗裂性；由于母粉的作用，增强了其耐温隔热性。

　　三、适应范围 ：本品用于屋面板嵌缝、涂擦板面、旧屋面修补、地下防水防潮、卫生间防渗、木质防腐、铺设道路等。

　　四、包装与储存 ：

　　1、包装:铁桶或塑料桶包装,规格为每桶2~45kg。

　　2、贮存:5~35℃为宜,置于阴凉干燥处,储存期6个月。

　　3、运输:可用铁路、船舶、汽车等运输;严防日晒、碰撞、远离火源。

　　五、施工方法 ：

　　如需胎布增强时,建议一布四涂。

　　1、基面处理:基面必须平整、干燥、无积水、清洁无杂物。

　　2、涂膜应分遍涂布,不得一次涂成。

　　3、应待前一遍涂层干燥成膜后,方可涂后一遍涂料。

　　4、铺设胎体增强材料时,屋面坡度<15%可平行屋脊铺设;屋面坡度>15%应垂直屋脊铺设。

　　5、胎体长边搭接宽度不应<50mm,短边搭接宽度不应<70mm。

　　6、采用两层胎体增强材料时,上下层不得相互垂直铺设,搭接应错开,其间距不应小于幅宽的1/3。

　　7、天沟、檐沟、檐口、泛水口和立面涂膜防水层的收头,应多遍涂刷或用密封胶封严。

　　8、1mm厚涂膜用量:1.7~1.9kg/平方米。
