产品介绍： JBS桥面防水涂料属桥梁专用防水材料，该涂料耐高温可达180℃，耐低温达-40℃，扩大了应用特殊气温环境的要求。另外，解决了摊铺机、运料车碾压起皮现象，超出了国家现有标准要求JC/T975-2005标。产品经权威部门测试，全部技术指标均超出标准要求。
◆ 产品特点
该涂料是水乳型涂料，分散效果好，产品粒子径小。以多种橡胶同沥青进行改性，互相贯穿交联，结膜强度高，并保持橡胶弹性和低温性，具有良好的吸附性，成膜快，抗渗能力强，抗剪力抗老化，能够经受桥面长期荷载的要求。防止渗水，因除雨雪车辆喷洒防冻盐水和氯化物造成结构破坏，钢筋生锈混凝土碎裂剥落，延长桥梁的使用年限。

◆ 施工工序
清理基层—重点部位处理—第一遍防水层—第二遍防水层—第三遍防水层（可根据施工要求进行多遍喷涂）—防水层养护—摊铺沥青混凝土。
◆ 用 量
一般面层1.5-3 kg/㎡,并可根据工程等级调节。
◆ 注意事项
⊙ 施工前应将棕刷、毛刷充分浸润，使其柔软涂刷流畅。
⊙ 气温低于0℃以下或高于35℃不得施工（应避免高温施工）。
⊙ 贮运温度5℃-35℃为宜。
⊙ 应选择4小时内无雨雪天气施工。
⊙ 涂膜未干燥或未铺装沥青仝前，严禁踩踏和汽车行使。
⊙ 施工工具用完后马上用水冲洗干净，以备再用。
◆ 包装、保存期
50kg塑料桶或200kg铁桶包装，保存期6个月。
BS bridge deck waterproofing coating is a special waterproofing material for bridges. The coating can withstand high temperature up to 180 C and low temperature up to - 40 C, which enlarges the application requirements of special temperature environment. In addition, the rolling peeling phenomenon of paver and freight car was solved, which exceeded the national standard JC/T975-2005. The products were tested by authoritative departments, and all the technical indicators exceeded the standard requirements.
Product characteristics
The coating is a water emulsion coating with good dispersing effect and small particle diameter. Modified by a variety of rubber and asphalt, cross-linking each other, high conjunctive strength, and maintain rubber elasticity and low temperature, with good adsorption, fast film formation, impermeability, shear resistance to aging, can withstand the requirements of long-term load bridge deck. To prevent seepage, the structure is damaged by spraying anti-freezing saline and chloride on the snow-and-rain vehicles, and the steel bar rusty concrete is fragmented and spalled, thus prolonging the service life of the bridge.

Construction procedure
Clean up the base - key parts of the treatment - first waterproof layer - second waterproof layer - third waterproof layer (according to construction requirements for multiple spraying) - waterproof layer maintenance - paving asphalt concrete.
Dosage
General surface 1.5-3 kg/, and can be adjusted according to the engineering grade.
Note
Before construction, brown brush and brush should be fully infiltrated to make it soft and smooth.
If the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius or above 35 C, no construction can be carried out.
The storage temperature is 5 C -35 C.
We should choose no rain or snow for 4 hours.
It is strictly prohibited to trample and exercise the car before the film is dry or not paved with asphalt.
When the construction tools are finished, rinse them with water immediately for reuse.
Packaging and preservation period
50kg plastic bucket or 200kg iron drum packaging, preservation period of 6 months.
