　　hb-v 改进型桥面防水涂料是一种高分子复合材料，采用使用石油沥青或进口使用沥青为主要原料，配以表面活性剂及多种化学助剂为辅助原料，再掺加大剂量的高分子聚合物进行改性，生产的一种新型桥面改进型防水涂料。

　　产品特性：

　　1、施工工艺简单，施工可用机械喷涂也可用人工涂刷，干燥快，工期短。

　　2、该防水层造价便宜，一般只需涂刷三遍即达到防水效果。

　　3、防水层与基层、防水层与商埠沥青混凝土粘结牢固。

　　4、该涂料耐高温可达180℃，耐低温达-35-50℃，是在jt/t535-2004和jc/t975-2005标准的基础上改进而成的

　　施工方法：

　　1、施工工具准备：施工前应备好拌料桶、喷涂机械或专用鬃刷。

　　2、基层要求：桥面板、梁混凝土强度达到设计标号、表面不得有松散浮浆、掉皮、空鼓和严重开裂现象，表面平整度应符合桥梁规范要求。

　　3、防水基层应干净、干燥、无积水。

　　4、基层处理：桥面不得有尘土、浮灰、杂质、油渍等，铺防水层前可用空压机、净水、去油剂等将表面处理干净，如有混凝土、沙浆等结硬杂物，应将其打磨掉。

　　5、防水层施工步骤：

　　（以三涂为例）

　　a）涂刷前应将桶装涂料搅拌均匀。

　　b）大面积涂刷前先用小刷对漏口处做两遍涂料，对阴角部位加强涂刷防水涂料三遍，然后大面积满刷地一遍涂料。

　　c）第一遍涂料实干后即可涂第二遍涂料。

　　d）第二遍涂料表干后涂刷第三遍涂料。

　　涂料用量：厚度一般0.5mm-0.7mm，用量约0.7-1.0㎏

　　注意事项：

　　1、施工温度在0--35℃为宜，雨天、冰冻期不宜施工。

　　2、运输：该产品无毒不易燃，可按一般运输方式运输。

　　3、贮存：产品贮存期为六个月，应贮存在0℃以上的仓库，夏季应避免阳光暴晒。

　　包装重量：200公斤/桶、50/桶公斤。

　　construction method:

　　1, construction tools preparation: before construction, mixing drum, spraying machine or special bristle brush should be prepared.

　　2. base requirements: the strength of bridge deck and beam concrete reaches the design mark, the surface must not be loose slurry, peeling, empty drum and serious cracking phenomenon, surface flatness should meet the requirements of bridge specifications.

　　3, waterproof base should be clean, dry, no water.

　　4. grass-roots treatment: no dust, floating ash, impurities, oil stains, etc. on the bridge deck, before laying waterproof layer can be used air compressor, water purification, degreasing agent and so on to clean the surface, such as concrete, mortar and other hard debris, should be polished off.

　　5, waterproof layer construction steps:

　　(take three tu as an example)

　　a) the barrel coating should be evenly mixed before painting.

　　b) brush the leak twice with a small brush before large area brushing, and then brush the waterproof paint three times with a large area full brush.

　　c) the first coating is coated with second times of paint.

　　d) second times the paint is dry, then third times.

　　coating dosage: the thickness is generally 0.5mm-0.7mm, and the dosage is about 0.7-1.0.

　　matters needing attention:

　　1. construction temperature is suitable at 0--35 c, and rainy days and freezing periods are not suitable for construction.

　　2, transportation: the product is non-toxic and non inflammable, and can be transported in general transportation mode.

　　3. storage: product storage period is six months, should be stored in a warehouse above 0 degrees celsius, summer should avoid sun exposure.
