　　活塞式气动马达的工作原理及用途

　　主要由：马达壳体、连杆、曲轴、活塞、气缸、配气阀等组成。压缩空气进入配气阀芯使其转动，同时借配气阀芯转动，将压缩空气依次分别送入周围各气缸中，由于气缸内压缩空气的膨胀，从而推动活塞连杆和曲轴转动，当活塞被推至“下死点”时，配气阀芯同进也转至排气位置。经膨胀后的气体即自行从气缸经过阀的排气孔道直接排出。同时活塞缸内的剩余气体全部自配气阀芯分配阀的排气孔道排出，经过这样往复循环作用，就能使曲轴不断旋转。其功主要来自于气体膨胀功。

　　由于活塞气马达具有以上诸多特点，故它可在潮湿、高温、高粉尘等恶劣的环境下工作。除被用于矿山机械中的凿岩、钻采、装载等设备中作动力外，船舶、冶金、化工、造纸等行业也广泛地采用。
