　　Blending efficiency with collegial rapport at a small-town company with many longtime employees isn’t easy, but training in the MIT Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) program — wherein she obtained both her MBA and SM in mechanical engineering — helped her balance diplomacy with technical discipline.
