The plate rolling machine for small diameter of thick plate is our patent machine developed by learning some experience from foreign country. We introduce foreign technology and combine with domestic machine features to develop our own patent plate railing machine for rolling smaller diameter. ★ 小卷制直径冷卷时可达板厚12.5倍；

★ 采用反变形技术辅以上压梁消除卷制小口径钢管时上辊的挠曲变形，制品圆度高；

★ 卷板机卷制制品筒体直线度控制在1/2000以内；

★ 下辊中心距可调，可进行预弯，也可进行卷制；

★ 采用自动对料装置，有效地防止错边现象的发生；

★ 卷制工艺由计算机计算控制，卷制过程实现自动化。

★ We use the pressing down beam to remove the deflection of top roller when rolling small diameter;

★ The straightness of rolled round cylinder can be controlled within 1/2000;

★ The distance between two lower roller can be adjusted, the pre-bending and bending can both achieved;

★ The misalignment is prevented effectively by auto aligning device;

Oil and gas transmission pipe rolling machine is our new patent product, it includes below technology:

★ 上辊采用反变形方法来消除卷制过程中的辊子挠度变形；

★ 上辊两端加压方式采用多组油缸加压，油缸活塞杆固定，缸体升降带动上辊座而升降，从而有效利用空间，增大材料利用率，大大降低设备整体重量；

★ 制品的出料从出料支架内侧出料，支架无需翻倒复位，增强了安全；

★ 制品出料采用全自动油缸驱动（本公司另一专利技术），适宜流水作业。

★ Upper roll use the anti-deformation method to eliminate the deflection in manufacturing process;

★ We use a few groups oil cylinders to add pressure on the both sides of top roller, and the piston of oil cylinder is fixed， cylinder up-down movement to drive top roller seat move up-down，which use the space effectively, increase the material utilization and reduce the weight of whole machine；

★ When discharging the products, it is from the inside of the rack without to turnover and reset, enhanced security;

★ All of the discharging of the products all use the automatic cylinder driver (another patent technology of our company), suitable for line production.

配合使用合缝机、后弯机等可组成直缝焊管生产线，我公司可提供整线技术支持。
