2、采用箱体冷阱一体式,前箱后阱设计，设有观察窗，观察窗上配有照明装置，便于观察箱内情况。设计成易清洁， 无卫生死角的结构或形式；
3、隔板根据客户需求进行定制板层，304不锈钢板层采用表面拉丝方钢型材加工，平整且便于清洁、卫生性好。
4、冷阱捕水用盘管采用洁净不锈钢加工。可根据客户需求选用整体式结构或者分体式结构。
5、制冷系统零部件均按照高标准进口品牌配置，制冷能力强、降温速度快、性能稳定可靠；
6、真空系统根据客户需求提供多样性的真空泵组组合；采用爱发科技术高品质真空泵。
7、采用omron plc进口品牌控制系统、方便存储数据和操作更易掌握。具有自动/手动两种控制方式，控制方式可任意切换。工艺设定可设置多组；干燥过程中可随时对配方进行修改，并可以任意跳步；
8、采用浸泡或者蒸汽化霜，快速化霜和清洁干净。
9、带预冻功能、无需外置预冻库，解决物料移动液化和污染风险
10、带有工艺调节，具有曲线控温，含有温度和真空控制调节功能，满足不同物料工艺要求
11、隔板介质油导热，无需蒸汽，满足环保和安全要求。
