　　长期以来,在我国城市建设快速发展的过程中，由于对环境保护基础设施建设重视不够、投入不足，污水直接排入城市水系及相关流域,造成江河湖泊水质和地下水污染,城市水环境污染问题日益突出，污水净化就成为改善城镇居民生活环境、提高人民健康水平的主要手段之一。为保证污水处理工艺可靠、顺利实施，自动控制系统的设计及控制技术的运用要以可靠性为基础，综合考虑控制技术先进性、可扩展性，同时兼顾降低系统造价。

　　在污水处理控制系统中，除了存在分布区域广、设备分散、控制点多及控制信息复杂等要求外，同时具有控制输入和输出以开关量参数居多，模拟量参数少的特点，而这些都是PLC控制系统的优势所在，因此，以PLC为主体就成为污水处理厂自动控制系统的主要控制模式[1]。本文将以某市的污水处理厂为例，简要介绍honeywell masterlogic-200 PLC在污水处理控制系统中的应用。

1 系统工艺介绍

　　某市污水处理厂是省重点工程,近期污水水量为30万立方米/天，高峰污水量16250立方米/小时，远期污水水量为40万立方米/天，采用具有脱氮除磷功能的A/A/O活性污泥法工艺法，污水经二级处理后排入附近河流进行灌溉，污泥采用机械浓缩脱水后外运。同时该工程还预留了污泥消化处理工段，所以对系统的扩展性、开放性及该系统的可持续性，具有相当高的要求。系统工艺流程见图1。
