溢流管线上的紧急关断阀

　　当存在溢流管线时，便可使用三偏心阀，在信号出现时紧急开启（图8）。在这种情况下，存在两个相互矛盾的要求：

　　1.需要有一个阀门始终保持优异的阀座密封性能；

　　2.尽量减少任何可能的阀芯无法脱离阀座的故障风险。

　　在一个故障开的保护工况中，能够大幅度地减少系统操作失败的可靠的三偏心阀安装方向是：当阀门关闭时，设计压差作用于阀板侧，压力有助于密封圈离座，如图8中所示。同样，相对于球阀（或旋塞阀）而言，三偏心更为可靠，原因在于：采用球阀（或旋塞阀）时，通常需要费很大力气使阀芯离座。相反地，闸阀则因其出名的由低阀座倾斜角所造成的楔入效应使得其即使手动操作也很难打开。
