　　三、焊接口

　　合格的焊接口应具有沿管材整个圆周平滑对称的翻边，且翻边低深度不应低于管材表面；焊缝两侧紧邻翻边的外圆周的任何一处错边量不应超过管材壁厚的10%。

　　断裂伸长率是指试样在拉断时的长度值与原长的比值，断裂伸长率越高，说明产品柔韧型越好，性能越好。

　　六、氧化诱导时间

　　氧化诱导时间是测定试样在高温氧气条件下开始发生自动催化氧化反应的时间，是评价材料在成型加工、储存、焊接和使用中耐热降解能力的指标。氧化诱导时间越长，说明产品耐老化越好，性能越好。
