　　该机具有自动进瓶，瓶自动检测（有瓶灌装，无瓶不灌装），自动灌装，自动落外盖，自动旋盖等功能。同时特别适应误差较大的国产物料，与国外的同类的灌装机相比，该机的功能性优势更明显。该机完全符合GMP药品生产规范。

　　机器运行原理：

　　――将待灌装的瓶先放入理瓶转盘中，经过理瓶转盘的作用瓶子按次序进入输送带。

　　――瓶子通过输送带进入灌装主机。

　　――瓶检测传感器检测该工位是否有瓶存在，检测信号送入内部控制系统用于控制有瓶灌装、无瓶不灌装。

　　――前面如果检测到有瓶，开始灌装。这里分为两次灌装。

　　――灌装完成的瓶又通过工作转盘进入下一级落外盖装置。

　　――落好盖的瓶子进入封口工位进行封口操作。

　　――后封好口的瓶子由拨瓶杆拨出送入到输送带上。
