　　工作原理：

　　本设备通常有上筒体（净气室）、中筒体（混合室）和下锥体三大部件组成，含尘空气由进风口进入筒体，因气流体积突然扩张流速骤然降低，较大颗粒在自身重量的作用下从含尘气流中沉降到下锥体，较小颗粒由于滤筒的筛滤、碰撞、扩散、静电等诸多效应的作用下，被滞阻在滤筒外壁，净化后的气体，通过滤筒文氏管从上筒体出料口排出。当 滞阻在滤筒外壁的尘粒不断增加时，使除尘器的阻力不断增大，为降低阻力，由脉冲控制仪发出信号循序打开电磁脉冲阀，使气包内的压缩空气由喷吹管上的各喷嘴孔喷射到对应的文氏管（一次风），并在高速气流通过文氏管时，诱导 数倍于一次风的周围空气（二次风）进入滤袋，造成滤筒瞬间急剧膨胀，由于反向脉冲气流的冲击作用很快地消失，滤筒又急剧收缩，这样膨胀、收缩使积附在滤筒外壁上的多余的尘粒被清洗，落下的颗粒从下锥体排出。由于清灰是依次 分别向几组滤筒进行，并不切断需要处理的含尘空气，故在除尘过程中，除尘器的处理能力保持不变，其脉冲间隔、宽度、周期按颗粒的性质、含尘浓度及过滤风速的具体情况进行调整，使设备始终处于正常的工作状态。

The air with dust get into cylinder from air inlet, due to the suddenexpansion of the volume and flow rate of air flow suddenly reduced, the bigger particlesfall into the under vertebral body from the air flow with dust under the gravityforce, the smaller particles adsorbedin the outer wall of the filters due to theeffects of sieving, collision, diffusion,electrostatic of the filters, the air dustedthrough 袋 venturi tube to outside from the outlet of the up cylinder. when theparticles of the outer wall of dust increase, so dust resistance increasing, toreduce the resistance, signaled by the Pulse controller to open the electromagneticpulse valve, compressed air within the package by the respective injection holesinjected into the injection tube on the corresponding venturi (primary air), andwhen the high speed air flow through the venturi tube, lead multiple primary airambient air(Second air) to the filters, lead to the filters expand rapidly of themoment, as the shock effect of the reverse pulse air quickly disappeared, sharpcontraction of the filters, in this case, most of the dust on the filters be clean,fall in to the under vertebral body and discharged.
