The NCV81071 offers a family of dual 5A low side MOSFET drivers that are designed to deliver high peak currents. These strong drivers are designed to help reduce the Miller effect during MOSFET switching transitions. An enable input is offered to provide turn on/off capability. Three logic configurations are available to offer design flexibility. The parts are offered in a MSOP-EP for better thermal performance and easier assembly. This family of drivers are fully qualified for AECQ100 and are PPAP capable. The parts are fully specified from -40C to 140C.
