设备主要特点

　　1.该设备属于电阻点凸焊机的一种，由机架结构，焊接变压器，控制系统，水冷焊接电缆，点焊焊枪等几部分组成。电气主回路采用二极管可控硅无触点开关，电路开关时间迅速，准确。焊接时间可通过控制系统精准调节，焊接重复性与一致性好，维护方便。

　　2.相对于dn系列电阻点凸焊机，具有体积小，重量轻等特点，机器下面配有四个滚轮，移动方便，同时使用时不需要气压，配有2米长的通水焊接电缆及手持式点焊枪，操作起来特别灵活，方便，选用不同的焊钳，可以实现手提式钳式点焊，单面单点点焊等功能。

　　3.焊接范围一般为0.1mm---4.0mm的低碳钢，碳钢，镀锌板，不锈钢等多种金属，广泛应用于各种板金，箱体，柜体，铁质家具，不锈钢厨房制品，不锈钢门业制造及铁丝钢丝网片漏焊之后的重新补焊等的焊接。
