　　· 罗茨真空泵简介

　　罗茨真空泵，是指泵内装有两个相反方向同步旋转的“8”字形转子，转子间、转子与泵壳内壁间有细小间隙而互不接触的一种变容真空泵。DRF系列罗茨真空泵采用液力传动，避免了普通罗茨泵因入口压力过大或突然停机而导致的电机损坏等问题。

　　· 罗茨真空泵结构

　　罗茨泵是一种无内压缩的真空泵，通常压缩比很低，故高、中真空此泵不可以单独抽气，需配前级泵构成机组联合使用。靠泵腔内一对“8”字形转子同步、反向旋转的推压作用来移动气体而实现抽气的真空泵。

　　· Introduction to roots vacuum pumps

　　Roots vacuum pump refers to a variable capacity vacuum pump that is equipped with two "8" shaped rotors rotating synchronously in opposite directions, and there is a small gap between the rotors and between the rotors and the inner wall of the pump casing without contacting each other. DRF series roots vacuum pumps use hydraulic transmission, which avoids problems such as motor damage caused by excessive inlet pressure or sudden shutdown of ordinary roots pumps.

　　The roots pump is a vacuum pump without internal compression, usually the compression ratio is very low, so the high and medium vacuum pumps can not be pumped separately, and they need to be used together with the backing pump to form a unit. It is a vacuum pump that relies on the synchronous and counter-rotating pushing action of a pair of "8" shaped rotors in the pump chamber to move the gas and realize the pumping.
