　　This azide is soluble in organic solvents (e.g.DMSO, DMF), therefore the labeling reaction should be carried out with a smallamount of an organic co-solvent. This azide can be used for the labeling ofalkyne-modified biomolecules in mixtures of water with organic solvents. Thesolution in DMSO is ready for use in bioconjugation. Awater-soluble sulfonatedversionof this reagent is also available.
