产品描述：Methyltetrazine-PEG4-Maleimideenables simple and efficient incorporation of a tetrazine moiety ontoantibodies, cysteine-containing peptides and other thiol-containing molecules.The maleimide group specifically and efficiently reacts with reduced thiols (sulfhydrylgroups, –SH) at pH 6.5 to 7.5 to form stable thioether bonds. The hydrophilicpolyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer arm improves solubility in aqueous buffers.
