的原则是设备进出线合理、通风散热良好和操作维护方便
【注意事项】
1． 电缆必须是整段的，不允许中间有接头。布放好线缆，路径尽量短和直。
2． 保护地线宜采用黄绿色的多股铜芯电缆，电缆截面积不大于 35 mm 2 。就近
接地，电缆长度不大于 30 m.。
3． 工作地线的截面积应根据该电缆的负荷电流来确定。一般采用 35 mm 2
~ 95 mm 2 的多股铜芯电缆。
交流输入电缆连接
ZXDU68 S301/U301 系统的交流输入方式为三相五线制（U/V/W/N/PE），设有单
空开输入、双交流接触器输入、双空开输入三种交流输入方式。请根据现场的设
备情况，参照以下说明进行接线。
【安全准备工作】
1. 断开（OFF）系统外部的交流保护空开，即断开机房交流配电箱内对应本
系统的交流输出空开。
2. 断开 ZXDU68 S301/U301 机柜内的交流输入空开。若配置的是交流接触器，
略去本步骤的操作。

操作说明】
交流输入线从 ZXDU68 S301/U301 机柜的下方进出机柜。
1. 为了确保电源设备操作安全，必须先连接保护地线（PE）。保护地线的连
接参见“3.3.4 接地电缆连接”，这里不再复述。

2. ZXDU68 S301/U301 系统的交流输入配置设有单空开输入、双空开输入和
双交流接触器输入三种模式。
? 单空开输入方式时，交流输入相线和零线的接线关系和位置如图 3-22所示。

? 双空开输入或双交流接触器输入方式时，选择左侧的空开（或交流接触器）
连接市电，作为系统的主用交流电源（第 1 路交流输入），接线关系和位置
如图 3-23所示。右侧的空开（或交流接触器）作为系统的备用交流电源，
采用同样的接线方法接入油机或第 2 路市电。
注意事项】
1． 交流输入线的连接顺序为：地线―零线―相线。
2． 交流输入线应与直流输出线分开布放，遵照通用的电缆绑扎规范进行绑扎。
3． 若用户只有单相交流电源，需将交流输入空开的 U、V、W 接线端子复接
后再接入相线。零线和保护地线的接线方式不变。在这样的情况下，
ZXDU68 S301/U301 系统所配置的整流器应不多于 3 个。

4． 当 ZXDU68 S301/U301 系统的交流输入采用市电和油机两路供电方式时，
根据系统的交流输入配置情况进行接线。
（1） 在交流输入配有双空开或双交流接触器的情况下，必须将市电和油机分别
接至两个空开或交流接触器。
（2） 在交流输入仅配有单空开的情况下，必须在交流配电箱内对市电和油机配
置互锁开关或者在将市电和油机引入 ZXDU68 S301/U301 系统机柜前配置
互锁开关。
3.3.6 交流备用输出电缆连接
ZXDU68 S301/U301 系统支持两路交流备用输出。其中一路为单相三孔 16 A 维修
插座，另一路为三相 32 A 交流备用输出。
当现场有需要由 ZXDU68 S301/U301 系统提供三相交流电源的交流负载时，将交
流备用输出线连接到该负载的交流输入端上。
【安全准备工作】
1. 断开 ZXDU68 S301/U301 机柜内的“备用输出 2”空开。
2. 确定交流负载的电源开关处于断开（OFF）状态。
【接线关系】
三相交流备用输出线（U/V/W/N/PE）的接线关系见表 3-6。在连接保护地线前，
请检查交流负载的交流输入端；如果保护地线已连接，请不要重复接线。
