第3章 工作原理
ZXD800 15A开关整流器采用零电压相移谐振技术，并采用了内置监控实现了电源
的智能化。其电
路原理框图如图3-1所示。

ZXD800 15A开关整流器分为四部分：
1、交流输入整流及启动辅助电源部分

功率变换及输出整流滤波部分
移相控制电路部分
微处理器部分（MPU）
单相交流输入先经输入开关，然后经EMI滤波电路后，进入整流电路，输入整流
电路设有限制浪涌电流电路，使得整流器的输入具有较小的开机浪涌电流。整流
后的直流电压正常情况下约310V，供
给后级功率变换电路。
移相控制电路是电源的移相振荡的产生及闭环反馈调节部分。直流电压和电流反
馈信号分别与设定值比较，构成特定频响的闭环调节，转换为一组具有相移的脉
宽调制?PWM?信号提供给主电路，使电源达到规定的稳压及限流外特性及要求的
动态特性。还对主电路原边电流、输出电流进行过流保
护，对输出电压进行过压及短路保护等。
