通信电源通常被称为通信设备的“心脏”,在通信局(站)中,具有无可比拟的重
要地位。随着相关学科理论和技术的不断发展,通信电源也在不断发展进步,主要
表现为供电方式由集中供电向分散供电发展、电力电子新技术在整流器中的运用、
阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池的应用和电源集中组网监控。
0A系列产品是由ZXD1500 30A整流模块组合而成的电源系统。主要有ZXDU300(2
米高机架)、ZXDU300(1.6米高机架)组合电源系统。
整流器由两级电路组成:前级PFC功率因数校正,后级DC-DC功率变换。输入电路包
括输入EMI、缓启动、浪涌雷击防护整流和输入浪涌电流限制电路,使整流器具有较
小的开机浪涌电流和较好的电磁兼容性。整流后直接进入前级功率因数校正电路。
功率因数校正主电路为Boost电路,控制采用平均电流控制方式,输入端的功率因数
接近1,谐波电流小于10%,以满足相应的国际标准。主二极管零电流关断,主开关管
零电流开通,功率器件工作应力较小,提高了系统的效率和可靠性,同时使系统具有
良好的电磁兼容性。功率因数校正电路的另一个功能是对输入电压进行予调整,输
出稳定的410V直流电压,这样有利于后级DC-DC的优化设计,使系统具有良好的源效
应。 后级直流-直流功率变换电路采用双管正激加无损吸收电路。电路简洁可靠,开
关管无直通之危险。无损吸收减小了开关管的关断时的电压应力,输出端具有较小的
磁干扰。

整流器前后级都采用电流型控制芯片,具有快速的响应,对使用不当或负载故障造成
的输出短路提供快速的保护。热插拔技术的采用使整流器可以即插即用,大大缩短
整流器的MTTR,提高了系统的可维性和可靠性。内部具有输入过欠压检测和保护、
输出过压保护、变压器原边过流峰值保护、过热保护等。
整流器通过硬件把输出电流以及各种告警信息上报给监控;监控可以通过接口调整
整流器的输出电压,完成对整流器的开关机控制,实现“三遥”功能。
辅助电源提供整流器内部控制电路所需的电源。

The rectifier consists of two stages: PFC power factor correction in the front stage
and DC-DC power conversion in the back stage. Input Circuit Pack

The MTTR of rectifier improves the maintainability and reliability of the system.

The rectifier reports the output current and various alarm information to the
monitor through hardware, and the monitor can be adjusted through the interface.
The output voltage of the rectifier completes the switch control of the rectifier and
