　　西门子2024财年季度（截至2023年12月31日）业绩强劲，实现成功开局。实体业务利润达到27亿欧元，几乎全线实体业务利润均有所增长，创下财年首季度的历史新高。在此基础上，西门子确认2024财年的业绩目标指引。正如西门子于2023年11月宣布，公司将在近期启动新的回购计划，将在最长五年时间内完成总额高达60亿欧元的回购。

　　“西门子再次取得了出色的季度业绩，保持盈利性增长势头。通过与微软和亚马逊云科技的深化合作，我们让人工智能更易于应用。” 西门子股份公司董事会、总裁兼执行官博乐仁（Roland Busch）表示，“我们的客户将西门子视为值得信任的技术合作伙伴，能够为其数字化转型与可持续发展提供有力支持。”

实体业务利润创下财年首季度历史新高

　　2024财年季度，西门子营收在可比基础上增长6%（即排除汇率变动及业务组合的影响），达184亿欧元（2023财年季度：181亿欧元）。新订单额在可比基础上增长2%，达223亿欧元（2023财年季度：226亿欧元）。订单出货比表现强劲，为1.21。储备订单总额达1,130亿欧元，创下历史新高。

　　实体业务利润总额达到27亿欧元，增长3%，并创下财年首季度历史新高（2023财年季度：27亿欧元）。实体业务利润率提升至15.8%（2023财年季度：15.7%）。净收益增长56%，达到25亿欧元（2023财年季度：16亿欧元），这一强劲增长的原因包括向西门子能源投资所获得的5亿欧元收益。此前，西门子将其在西门子能源股份公司8.0%的股份转让给西门子养老金，并终止了权益法核算。按购买价格分摊前的净收益计算，基本每股收益为3.19欧元，比上一财年同期高出53%（2023财年季度：2.08欧元）。

　　西门子来自持续经营业务和非持续经营业务的自由现金流达10亿欧元，较去年同期有大幅提升（2023财年季度：1亿欧元），达到了季节性的水平。该增长主要得益于实体业务自由现金流的大幅提高，达13亿欧元（2023财年季度：4亿欧元）。

智能基础设施业务和西门子交通业务表现强劲

　　数字化工业集团营收在可比基础上基本保持稳定，为46亿欧元。软件业务营收的增长超过了自动化业务的营收下降，尤其在一些高利润产品相关的业务。新订单额在可比基础上下降31%，至40亿欧元，主要是由于自动化业务市场状况较去年同期有所疲软，以及客户持续去库存所致。集团利润下降20%，至8.95亿欧元，其主要原因是产能利用率下降和有待优化的产品组合。利润率为19.6%。

　　在充满挑战的市场环境中，智能基础设施集团新订单额稳健增长，达58亿欧元，与去年同期的高水平持平。新订单中包括赢得的诸多大额订单合同。营收在可比基础上增长9%，达48亿欧元。所有地区均为营收增长做出贡献，数据中心和配电领域的需求增长帮助抵御了宏观经济环境的挑战，尤其是在短周期业务中。利润增长26%，达8.85亿欧元。利润率为18.3%（2023财年季度：15.3%）。利润和盈利能力均达到了智能基础设施集团有史以来的水平，这也得益于过去业务组合活动相关的部分负债转回所带来的9400万欧元的积极影响。

　　西门子交通营收在可比基础上增长12%，达27亿欧元。由于大额订单数量增加，新订单额在可比基础上增长92%，达56亿欧元。西门子交通全线业务均实现两位数的营收增长，其中轨道车辆业务和铁路基础设施业务的储备订单转化尤为强劲。利润增长29%，达2.51亿欧元。利润率为9.3%。其中包括与俄罗斯相关的一些延后效应所带来约一个百分点的正向影响。
