　　近日，国家能源集团《水电厂智能分散控制系统（iDCS）技术导则》（以下简称《导则》）正式发布。《导则》是集团向电力行业共享数字化转型实践成果和国产化智能型发电控制系统应用的典型案例，对提升集团在能源数字化转型领域的行业影响力具有重要意义。

　　《导则》规定了水电厂智能分散控制系统（iDCS）的系统架构、数据架构、网络架构及功能应用范围，对网络配置、硬件设施、软件功能等提出了具体要求。与常规水电站计算机监控系统相比，水电iDCS增加了高级应用服务网、时序数据库、全厂实时数据池、智能计算引擎等配置，有效提升了控制系统对生产数据的采集、计算、分析、寻优、控制等能力，以实现发电过程全流程智能化。

　　《导则》的发布，响应了国家“双碳”目标和新型电力系统建设需要，有助于提高水电机组运行水平，深入指导具有“黑灯工厂、黑灯车间、黑屏运行”特征的新一代智能水电站建设。《导则》的发布将进一步加快自主可控水电iDCS在集团内外部水电厂的标准化建设与规模化应用，推进形成行业标准，为其它类型电厂、其它行业工业过程控制的智能化系统建设和应用提供借鉴，是国家能源集团在水电数字化转型、智能化升级的道路上取得的又一项重要成果。
