　　近日，Syrius炬星科技铜陵生产基地项目启动开工建设。该项目建成后，炬星科技将开启大规模机器人生产和应用时代。

　　作为炬星科技拥有万台以上产能的智能机器人生产基地，铜陵生产基地将极大地加速 AMR(自主移动机器人)在物流和工业以及商业服务等多个领域的普及应用。炬星科技作为“先行者”，在“自家”生产基地部署实施以AMR为基础的场内物流系统，将AMR 应用到原材料入库、仓库备料、线边配料、成品转运、成品出库等流程之中，实现生产基地自身的“数字化”和“智能化”，为如何利用新移动机器人技术实现“智慧物流”和“先进制造”树立标杆。

　　炬星科技铜陵生产基地计划总投资超5亿元，用以建设包括智能机器人装配中心、精密机械加工中心、智能机器人测试中心、原材料及成品仓库、工厂综合办公楼、智能配送及物料管理系统等功能模块，建成投产后预计可实现4万台智能机器人整机及1万台机器人核心模组的生产能力，新增岗位可解决就业超300名。从2023年下半年开始，炬星科技为铜陵生产基地展开了详尽的项目筹备工作，并通过招标方式，邀请多家具有新型制造中心建设经验的企业共同参与竞标。甲辰年春节前，“联想百应”中标，并且，在近期如期开工。

　　作为一家专注于AMR(自主移动机器人)软硬件以及配套云服务的创新型科技企业，炬星科技通过标准化的机器人硬件和丰富的机器人软件，服务智慧物流、智能制造、商用清洁、酒店餐饮等众多场景的数智化转型需求，助力不同行业释放生产力潜能。一方面，铜陵生产基地满足了炬星科技自研的全系列AMR机器人的生产制造需求，另一方面，也将带动掌握机器人关键零配件和关键生产工艺的相关企业的发展并形成产业集群，为炬星科技成长为“链主企业”奠定了坚实的基础。

　　铜陵是我国的“老工业基地”，也是长江经济带的重要节点城市，具有良好的工业基础和营商环境。炬星科技积极响应《关于进一步推动长江经济带高质量发展若干政策措施的意见》之中的号召，在铜陵市和铜陵经济开发区相关领导单位的帮助下，以“科技创新”为动力，落实建设五万台产能级智能机器人生产基地，旨在充分利用铜陵本地及省内周边强大的与汽车和家电强相关的供应链优势和工业人口优势，将炬星科技铜陵生产基地打造成智能制造示范工厂，为将铜陵市建设成为长江经济带上的特色发展城市、实现高质量发展贡献力量。
