　　2022年，电池制造业的快速扩张，带动了生产线自动化需求的增加和工业机器人的引入，机器人在电池制造业的销量和渗透率迅速提升。

自主移动小车/ AMR应用:

　　电池制造大多是离散的。有许多人力工人在每个生产现场之间运输材料。这种高成本、低效率的运输方式无法满足电池制造业的快速增长。为了满足电池制造中频繁的线路切换和追求更高的效率和一致性的需求，大量引入了AGV和AMR。在过去的三年中，大多数AGV/AMR公司都在电池制造应用的产品或解决方案上投入了大量资金。

SCARA应用

　　目前SCARA机器人主要应用于锂电池生产的中、后工序。在中间过程中，SCARA机器人的使用主要集中在焊接应用和装配线的装卸上。在后工序中，SCARA机器人主要配合液体注射应用中使用的专用设备，用电解质填充电池芯与外壳之间的空隙。生产高效的重型SCARA机器人的门槛很高，这对机器人和核心自动化部件制造商提出了更高的要求。

　　来自电池制造商的反馈显示，的SCARA机器人在负重时会失去速度。因此，为了稳定的速度性能，制造商改用日本重型SCARA机器人。随着电池制造业的增长，重型SCARA机器人也有发展的趋势。

铰接式机器人的应用

　　六轴铰接机器人是个进入电池制造业的机器人。然而，六轴铰接机器人的成本要比同等载重量的SCARA机器人高得多。更重要的是，SCARA机器人的运动速度和空间要求比六轴关节机器人更突出。因此，SCARA机器人很容易取代<20kg的6轴关节机器人。然而，在重型应用中，>20kg的6轴关节机器人仍保持高速增长。>20kg的六轴铰接机器人广泛用于搬运和包装重型大尺寸动力电池。

协作机器人的应用

　　针对当前锂电池制造行业存在的自动化机器隔离、交货周期长、生产线智能化程度低等问题，可以快速部署协作机器人，实现柔性生产，缩短投资回报率。随着运载能力和速度的提高，协作机器人将更多地参与动力电池制造。此外，随着工业物联网的发展，有更多具有人工智能功能的协作机器人来增加智能制造。Omdia预测，到2027年，用于电池制造的协作机器人将达到4.25亿美元，复合年增长率为52.8%。
