　　智能电源和智能感知技术的企业安森美(onsemi，美国纳斯达克代号：ON)，宣布推出采用了新的场截止第 7 代 (FS7) 绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT) 技术的1200V SPM31 智能功率模块 (IPM)。与市场上其他的解决方案相比， SPM31 IPM 能效更高、尺寸更小、功率密度更高，因而总体系统成本更低。由于这些IPM集成了优化的IGBT，实现了更高效率，因此非常适合三相变频驱动应用，如热泵、商用暖通空调（HVAC）系统以及工业泵和风扇。

　　据估计，全球温室气体排放量约有26%来自于运行中的住宅和商业建筑，其中供暖、制冷和建筑物供电等间接排放量约占18% 。世界各国正致力履行其能源和气候承诺，更节能、更低碳的解决方案也随之日趋重要。

　　SPM31 IPM 通过调节三相电机供电的频率和电压来控制热泵和空调系统中变频压缩机和风扇的功率流，以实现出色效率。例如，安森美采用 FS7 技术的 25A SPM31 与上一代产品相比，功率损耗降低达 10%，功率密度提高达 9%。在电气化趋势和更高的能效要求下，这些模块助力制造商大幅改进供暖和制冷系统设计，同时提高能效。安森美的 SPM31 IPM 系列产品采用FS7技术，具备更佳的性能，实现高能效和更低能耗，进一步减少了全球的有害排放。
