GTL 006 绝缘冷却软管
Application:
It is used to transport propylene glycol antifreeze, cooling water, air and inertial gas in the induction furnace, medical equipment, data rooms and industrial cooling unit, and is suitable for places requiring high insulation. It is also available for places where need bending or friction, and rolling-up of spindle.
Technical characteristics: Special carbon-free design, high insulation and non-conducting, specific resistance of 2X1013Ω withstand voltage as high as 6000V.
Construction:
Tube: Black EPDM synthetic rubber., smooth
Reinforcements: High-strength synthetic fiber braided layer.
Cover: Black, red or blue. EPDM synthetic rubber., resistant to abrasion, UV
Temperature range: –40°C～+90°C
Standard/Approval: Meets ROHS
应用范围：
用于感应电炉、医疗设备、数据机房、工业冷机组等场所输送丙二醇水混合防冻液、冷却水、压缩空气、惰性气体。耐臭氧性、抗老化性。适用于高绝缘要求场所。
技术特点: 特别无碳设计，高绝缘，不导电。电阻率 2X1013Ω，可耐电压高达6000V。
软管结构:
内管: EPDM合成橡胶。
增强层：高强度合成纤维。
外管: 黑色，蓝色，红色抗老化EPDM合成橡胶。
适用温度: -40 to 90℃
适用标准及认证：符合ROHS认证
