　　the v-tork vt085d pneumatic double-acting actuator has a low coefficient of friction and provides excellent high-cycle, long-lasting service. all piston cylinder walls are very finely polished, the piston guides, piston rings and output shaft bearings are permanently lubricated and made of acetal material 1. the spring return model uses a unique spool system. spring boxes provide safety, simplicity and reduce space requirements. the actuator is easy to disassemble and assemble without requiring heavy equipment or posing any danger to the installer. switching from double acting to spring return actuation is as simple as removing the end cap and adding a unique spring box. the spring-return model has the same housing length as the double-acting model.
