喂料秤失重式配料秤WTC-SZC
失重式配料秤WTC-SZC也叫失重秤、配料秤,是用于批量或连续进行精密配料的称量设备,失重秤采用全密封设计,可以有效的防止物料受潮或者粉尘的产生,特别是失重秤由于不受秤体皮重变化的影响,所以不需要经常进行校验,而且由于配料准度不受冲击力的影响,外界影响因素小,所以配料准度特别高,可以达到误差在1克以内,广泛应用于食品、塑料、化工、医药等行业。
失重秤采用全不锈钢设计,耐腐蚀、全密封,适于任何粉末装物料的间歇或连续配料。称重传感器使用WTCPLR9363-LS、9363-CS等。
失重秤(英文Loss-in-weight)是九十年始应用于工业过程称重连续计量的。失重秤逐渐替代皮带秤、螺旋秤,甚至累加秤,作为一种全新的计量方法,逐渐应用到越来越多物料处理。1、基本原理:将秤量斗及给料机构作为整个秤体,通过仪表不停对秤体进行重量信号的采样,计算出重量在单位时间的变化比率作为瞬时流量。这个流量的获取非常重要,是失重秤能否准确计量的基础。通过WTC201、WTCWTA75-03/WTA-75-03-03/WTA-75-03、WTCHN9001、WTC2001、WTC2105、WTC6001B、WTC6105B仪表的内部算法,进行逼近目标流量的控制运算,输出调节信号去控制变频器等给料机控制器。2、失重秤在实际中的应用:从原理上可以看出它不受秤体与给料机构的机械变化影响,它只是计算重量差值(差重),与传统动态计量手段相比,其优点是不言而喻的。对于控制对象为流量(t/h ,kg/min),而且物料可输送性好,计量准度要求高时,采用失重法计量可以作为一种好的方案。
