　　the ry3760 is a triple dc/dc converter for amoled display panel, requiring three supply rails, vpos, vnegand dd. it integrates 300ma boost converter for vpos, an inverting buck-boost converter for vneg, and a boostconverter for dd. the device is particularly suitable for battery operated products, in which the major concern isthe overall system efficiency. the digital control pin voltage (ctrl) allows programming the negative outputvoltage in digital steps. soft start with controlled inrush current limit, thermal shutdown and short circuitprotection are integrated functions of the device.
