力士乐油泵概述
力士乐油泵是液压系统的动力机构,它将原动机(电动机、内燃机等)的机械能转变为液体的压力能。
力士乐油泵可以分为容积式和非容积室(蜗轮式)两种。
非容积式有离心泵、轴流泵等,利用高速旋转的叶轮使进口产生真空吸入液体,并在出口连续输出压力液体。这种泵进口与出口相通,效率随液体粘度增加而降低,并且输出液体量随出口压力升高而显著减少。 ??
容积式泵是通过一个封闭的空间容积的变化来实现吸油和压油的。当这个封闭容积由小变大时进行吸油,由大变小时进行压油。典型的为力士乐柱塞泵,柱塞从缸孔中拉出时吸油,压进时压油。这种泵进口与出口是被隔开的,效率取决于隔开吸压油腔的各对运动零件间的结构工艺间隙及油液的粘度等。粘度越高效率越高,输油量几乎保持不变(因效率略有影响,另外压力升高至18MPa,油液会被压缩1%)。
