吸湿发热整理剂 HOLPOSON®HOT 适合用于棉，粘胶，涤纶，晴纶等各种纤维的后整理。其作用原理 HOLPOSON® HOT 是处理在面料上，使面料周围的水蒸气或者汗蒸汽凝聚成水珠或者汗珠所产出的凝聚热，让人体感受到暖感，从而达到蓄热保暖的功能。
一、物化性能

二、使用方法
用量：因被处理物的种类而异，一般为6.0~10.0%（o.w.f.）
1、浸轧法
用量： HOLPOSON® HOT 80~130g/l
处理方法：二浸二轧，带液率在80%左右，120℃以上烘干定型
2、浸渍法（适用棉、粘胶）
用量：6-10%（o.w.f.）
均匀化料整理液 浸渍（20分钟） 脱水（带液量50%左右） 烘干（80℃） 定型（120度，1-2分钟）
3、熔丝法
根据实际，结合技术建议用量配制材料

产品使用前请确认面料是否处理疏水柔软剂,建议添加亲水性柔软剂，配制好的工作液请于当日内使用

HOTis suitable for finishing cotton, viscose, polyester, acrylic and other fibers.Its working principle is as follows: The product treated on the fabric make thewater vapor or sweat vapor around the fabric condense into water drops. And thecondensation heat produced makes the human body feel warm, so as to achieve thefunction of heat storage and warmth preservation.

Composition: Special polyacrylic acid, etc.
Appearance: Yellowish transparent weak viscous liquid
Ionicity: Weak cationic
Solubility: Soluble in water
pH: 5-6
Usage:
Dosage:Depends on different types of materials to be treated. Generally 6.0-10.0%(o.w.f.)
1.Padding method
Dosage:HOT 80-130g/L
Treatmentmethod: Dip and roll twice, with liquid rate of about 80%, drying and heatsetting above 120 ℃
2.Impregnation method (applicable to cotton and viscose)
Dosage:6-10% (o.w.f.)
Dissolvevenly to prepare the solution → impregnation (20 minutes) → dehydration (about50% of liquid content) → drying (80 ℃) → heat setting (120 ℃, 1-2 minutes)
3.Melt spinning method
Preparethe solution according to the actual situation and technical suggestions.
Attentions:
Beforeusing the product, please confirm whether the fabric is treated withhydrophobic softener. It is recommended to add hydrophilic softener. Theprepared working solution should be used within the same day.
