　　阿甘油整理剂HOLPOSON®Saizhaojun

　　阿甘油整理剂是专门为纺织品开发的保湿功能整理剂，整理阿甘油助剂的纺织品也能具有良好的保湿功能。

　　一、物化性能

　　外 观 ：白色弱粘液体

　　成 分 ：阿甘油等

　　溶解性 ： 分散于水

　　离子性 ： 非离子

　　二、使用方法

　　·浸轧法

　　推荐使用浓度30-60g/l。一浸一轧，轧液率80%左右，160℃烘干2min。

　　·浸吸法

　　用量为3.0-6.0%（o.w.f），在45-55℃的温度下浸泡搅拌20-30分钟,120℃烘干。

　　·喷洒法

　　稀释至30g/l溶液后均匀喷洒，烘干。

　　注意事项

　　为保证产品的稳定性加料需缓慢加料。整理后的面料可能会有颜色和手感变化,请务必试样确认后进行大货整理。

　　贮 存

　　存放在阴凉干燥通风的地方，该产品的贮存期限至少为1年。开封后尽快用完。如果没有用完，请盖紧防止产品受潮或混入异物。

　　室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

　　Argan oilfinishing agent is a moisturizing finishing agent specially developed fortextiles, and textiles with argan oil finishing additives can also have goodmoisturizing functions.

　　Physical& chemical properties:

　　Appearance: White weak viscous liquid

　　Content: Argan oil, etc.

　　Solubility: Dispersible in water

　　Ionicity: Nonionic

　　Usage:

　　1.Padding method

　　Recommendedconcentration: 30-60g/L. Dip and roll once. Liquid retention rate: about 80%.Drying at 160°C for 2 minutes.

　　2.Impregnation method

　　Dosage:3.0-6.0 % (o.w.f). Soaking and stirring at 45-55 °C for 20-30 minutes. Dryingat 120 °C.

　　3. Spraymethod

　　Afterdiluting it to a 30g/L solution, spray evenly and then dry.

　　Attentions:

　　1. Toensure the stability of the product, the addition of agent must be performedslowly.

　　2.Finished fabrics may have changes in color and feel. Therefore, be sure toconfirm by sample test before mass production.

　　Storage:

　　1. Storein a cool, dry and ventilated place. The storage time is 1 year minimum.

　　2.Consume as soon as possible after opening. If it’s not consume completely,cover the lid tightly to avoid volatilization or incoming of foreign matters.

　　3. Storeindoor and avoid overheat and severe cold.
