阻燃整理剂HOLPOSON®Pyroman是一种无卤的涤纶用阻燃剂，能够有效阻止涤纶纺织品火焰蔓延，处理阻燃剂HOLPOSON®Pyroman的面料被赋予难燃的防护功能，持久性及耐水洗性强，长期有效地发挥阻燃功能。适合全涤面料和部分涤纶锦纶混纺织物。

二、使用方法
阻燃剂HOLPOSON®Pyroman整理的方法是浸轧法。在阻燃处理前需要做碱减量处理，以改变涤纶的吸湿性、手感，有效去除织物表面的杂质，显著提高阻燃整理效果。
工艺配方：
阻燃剂HOLPOSON®Pyroman 40～80g/L
工作液的配制：
在配液槽中加入70～80%的水，再加入阻燃剂HOLPOSON® 火人，搅拌，然后加入其他助剂（需预先试验其是否影响阻燃效果），并加入至规定刻度，搅拌均匀。配好的工作液8小时应用完。
工艺流程：
织物 → 二浸二轧（轧液率60～70%）→ 烘干（80～100℃）→焙烘（170～190℃×1～3min）→ 水洗 → 烘干
注意事项
1.配制好的溶液请于8小时内使用
2.对一些特殊染料，生产前应做色光变化小试
3.上述工艺配方和工艺过程根据具体加工条件作适当调整
4.焙烘温度必须严格控制，否则影响耐洗性和阻燃效果
贮 存
包装： 50KG\60KG\70KG塑料桶，贮存期为12个月。开包使用后应确保容器密闭

Flame Retardent Finishing Agent
HOLPOSON® PyroMan
PyroManis a new type halogen-free flameretardant finishing agent, which can effectively prevent the spread of flame.The fabric treated with PyroMan is endowed with flame-retardant protection,which is highly durable and wash resistant, constantly and effectivelyretarding flames. It’s suitable for polyester fabric and part ofpolyester-nylon blends.

Usage:
Thefinishing method of PyroMan is padding. Alkali peeling is recommended beforeflame retardant treatment to improve the moisture absorption and hand feel ofpolyester and effectively remove impurities on the textile surface, thussignificantly improving the effect of flame retardant finishing.
1.Recipe:
PyroMan:40-80g/L
2.Preparation of working solution:
Add70-80% water into the mixing tank, then add the agent RINGECOLIVE® PyroMan,stir it, and then add other auxiliaries (necessary to test in advance whether they affect the flame retardanteffect), then dilute to the specified scale, finally stir evenly. The preparedworking solution should be consumed in 8 hours.
3.Process:
Fabric→ dip and roll twice (Liquid retention rate: 60-70%) → drying (80-100 ℃) →baking (170-190 ℃ × 1-3min) → washing → drying
Attentions:
1:Please consume the prepared solution within 8 hours
2:For some special dyes, a sample test for color change should be done beforeproduction
3:The above recipe and process should be adjusted according to specific processingconditions
4:The baking temperature must be strictly controlled, otherwise the washdurability and flame retardant effect will be compromised.
