　　无氟防水剂 HOLPOSON® ECORING

　　HOLPOSON® ECORING是不含有氟系的单防整理剂，该系列产品符合REACH法规、OEKO-TEXStandard 100 等标准。目前品牌NIKE、ADIDAS、UNIQLO等服装公司共同参与制定危险化学品零排放（ZDHC）路线图，主要目标全面要求停止使用 C8、C6、C4等含氟（PFCs）防水防油剂。HOLPOSON®ECORING 是新理念的功能性纺织品整理剂，单独作为非氟防水剂使用，在棉纤维、合成纤维纺织品上具有优良的防水及耐水洗效果。防水耐水洗性更优异且对织物色光几乎无影响，手感也会更柔软。

　　二、使用方法

　　1纯棉织物

　　HOLPOSON® ECORING 使用浓度因加工纤维、要求性能、加工条件等而异， 为了获得耐久性的防水及防水性污渍的效果，我们推荐使用：

　　HOLPOSON® ECORING：60- 80 g/L

　　HOLPOSON®HFM：10~20g/L

　　调节pH：4.5~5

　　干燥（带液率 70%）：120℃×90秒

　　焙烘：160℃×60~90秒

　　2 涂层前防透浆预处理

　　HOLPOSON®ECORING：20-50g/L

　　HOLPOSON®SO：1g/L

　　调节pH：4.5~5

　　烘干120℃×90秒，适当焙烘后做涂层处理

　　3.涤/棉织物（65/35）耐久防水防油整理

　　HOLPOSON®ECORING：20～25g/L

　　HOLPOSON®6C：30～50g/L

　　HOLPOSON®HFM：15～20g/L

　　HOLPOSON®SO：3～5g/L

　　产品性能

　　1. 推荐用于棉纤维、合成纤维的耐久防水、防虹吸、耐静水压整理。

　　2. 几乎不影响加工织物的手感和透气性，特别适合于水性涂层前的防透浆处理。

　　3.用于纤维素纤维时，需配合交联剂使用，即可达到优异的耐久防水效果。

　　注意事项

　　1． 使用前通过搅拌慢慢加入HOLPOSON®ECORING 到软水中 ，工作液切记不要高速搅拌，这是由于高剪切力可能会破坏乳液。

　　2.在做防水整理之前，请检查织物表面的残留助剂、盐、纤维等物质，这些物质的存在会会降低防水效果，因此待处理织物必须进行充分预处理，以确保没有表面活性物质残留。

　　3.不要一次性配制过多的工作液长时间存放，配制的工作液应尽快用完

　　贮 存

　　60kg 塑料桶包装，贮存在 0℃以上的仓库中，稳定期储存一年。开包使用后应确保容器密闭。室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

　　Fluorine-FreeFinishing Agent

　　HOLPOSON®ECORING

　　ECORING is akind of water-resistant finishing agent which does not contain fluorine. Thisseries of products comply with REACH, OEKO-TEX 100 and other standards. Atpresent, internationally well-known brands such as Nike, Adidas, UNIQLO andother clothing companies have jointly participated in the development of a roadmap for Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC), with the main goal beingcomprehensively discontinuing the use of C8, C6, C4 and otherfluorine-containing (PFCs) waterproof and oil-repellent agents. ECORING is anew functional textile finishing agent. When used as a non fluorine waterproofagent alone, it has excellent waterproof and wash durable effect on cottonfiber and synthetic fiber textiles. The waterproof and wash durable propertiesare better and have little influence on the fabric color, and the hand feelwill be softer.

　　Usage:

　　1. Pure cottonfabric

　　Theconcentration of ECORING varies with the processing fiber, requiredperformance, processing conditions, etc. In order to obtain durable waterproofand waterproof stains, we recommend the following:

　　ECORING:60-80g/L

　　Processingconditions: Padding, dip and roll once. Liquid rate: 65% (Polyester/cotton)

　　Characteristics:

　　1. It isrecommended for durable waterproof, anti-siphon and hydrostatic finishing ofcotton and synthetic fibers.

　　2. It hardlyaffects the hand feel and air permeability of the processed fabric, and isespecially suitable for the anti-penetration treatment before the water-basedcoating.

　　3. When it isused for cellulose fiber, it needs to be used with cross-linking agent toachieve excellent durable waterproof effect.

　　Attentions:

　　1. Slowly addECORING to soft water while stirring, and do not stir at high speed. This isbecause the high shear force may damage the emulsion.

　　2. Beforewaterproof finishing, please check the residual auxiliaries, salts, fibers andother substances on the fabric surface. The presence of these substances willreduce the waterproof effect. Therefore, the fabric to be treated must be fullypretreated to ensure that there is no residual surfactant.

　　3. Do not storetoo much working solution for a long time, and the prepared working solutionshall be used up as soon as possible.
