　　防水防油整理剂HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS

　　HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS 适用于涤纶、黏胶、棉等混纺织物的整理加工，可以改变纤维表面性能，使纤维表面由亲水性变为疏水性，赋予织物优良的防水防油功能，广泛应用于雨衣、帐篷、工作服面料的整理，经其整理后的面料，具有良好的透气性，且多次水洗后，依然具有良好的防水防油性能。

　　二、使用方法

　　1.浸轧法：

　　HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS 20～60g/L → 170℃-180℃ 定型 × 1～3分钟

　　2.浸渍法：

　　防水防油整理剂 ECORING C8-PLUS 2 - 6%（o.w.f） → 170℃ 烘干 × 1～3分钟

　　产品性能

　　1、对部分纺织品有提升抗撕裂强度的功能。

　　2、HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS赋予棉等纤维素纤维、涤纶、尼龙及其混纺织物优良的防水性和防油性。

　　3、加工效果具有优良的耐久性，水洗后自然晾干后能够重新恢复良好的防水性。

　　注意事项

　　1.处理后的织物会有加深颜色的效果.请提前确认好加工后的成品颜色；

　　2.如若与其他助剂混合使用时，请务必提前通过实验确认效果，防止与其他助剂使用时发生冲突。

　　3.焙烘温度应尽可能的高，一般为170-180℃，若温度较低，则影响面料的防水效果。

　　4.在进行防水防油处理前，确认面料上是否处理了柔软剂其他助剂，否则会影响防水防油的效果。

　　HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS 包装：60KG 塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。 室内存放，避免高温、严寒。

　　HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS is suitable for finishingpolyester, viscose, cotton and other blended fabrics. It can change the surfaceproperties of the fibers, make the surface of the fibers from hydrophilic tohydrophobic, and endow the fabrics with excellent waterproof and oil-proof functions.It is widely used in the finishing of raincoats, tents and work clothes. Afterfinishing, the fabrics have good air permeability. After washing for manytimes, they still have good air permeability, waterproof and oil-proofperformance.

　　Usage:

　　1. Paddingmethod：

　　HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS

　　20～60g/L,drying at170℃ -180℃ for 1-3minutes.

　　2. Impregnationmethod：

　　HOLPOSON®ECORING C8-PLUS

　　2 - 6%（o.w.f），drying at 170℃ for 1～3minutes.

　　Characteristics:

　　1. It can improve the tear strength of sometextiles;

　　2. HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS gives cotton and othercellulose fibers, polyester, nylon and their blends excellent water and oilresistance;

　　3. The processing result has excellentdurability. After being washed and dried, treated materials restore washdurability.

　　Attentions:

　　1. The treated fabric will have deepercolor. Please confirm the color of the finished product in advance;

　　2. If mixed with other auxiliaries, pleaseconfirm the effect through experiment in advance to prevent conflicts withother auxiliaries.

　　3. The baking temperature should be as highas possible, generally 170-180 ℃. If the temperature is low, the waterproofeffect of the fabric will be affected.

　　4. Before the waterproof and oil-prooftreatment, confirm whether the fabric is treated with softener and otherauxiliaries, otherwise it will affect the waterproof and oil-proof effect.

　　Storage:

　　1. Packaging: 60kg/plastic barrel. Storagetime: 12 months.

　　2. Store indoor and avoid overheat andsevere cold.
