抗起毛起球整理剂HOLPOSON® Wolverine织物经处理后手感柔软，弹性好，富于丰厚柔软的风格。HOLPOSON® Wolverine能显著提高整理效果的耐久性，并且对于提高涤纶、尼龙、腈纶等合纤及其混纺针织·机织物的抗起球、钩丝性也具有优良的效果。

1. 不含APEO等OEKOTEX 100标准中禁用、限制的化学物质。
三． 使用方法
1. 浸轧工艺：
用 量： 30-70g/l HOLPOSON®Wolverine
轧液率 ： 50-70％ (取决于纤维)
工 艺：浸轧（一浸一轧） → 100℃预烘1~2分钟，150℃焙烘1分钟。
四．注意事项
1.配制好的溶液请于8小时内使用
2.本品虽对人体没有毒性，但是在取用时请小心勿进入眼内，沾到皮肤。
3.加工液中避免混入阳离子物质，请勿高速搅拌加工液。
4.请阅读说明书并正确使用本产品。
五．存储
存放在阴凉干燥通风的地方，该产品的贮存期限至少为1年。开封后尽快用完。如果没有用完，请盖紧防止产品受潮或混入异物。

Anti-pilling finishing Agent
HOLPOSON®Wolverine
After being treated with Anti-PillingFinishing Agent HOLPOSON® Wolverine, textiles will have soft hand feel and goodstretch, with a rich and soft style. HOLPOSON® Wolverine can significantlyprolong the durability of the finish of textiles. Moreover, it can effectivelyimprove the anti-pilling and anti-snagging performance of synthetic fibers likepolyester, nylon, polyamide, etc. and their blends.
Physical & chemical properties:
Appearance: white emulsion
Ionic: anionic
pH: 6-7
Solubility: easily soluble in water
Characteristics:
1. Treated textiles will have soft handfeel and the agent hardly impacts the treated materials.
2. Treated materials have excellent washdurability.
3. It improves the durability of thefinish.
Usage:
1. Padding process
Dosage: 30-70g/L HOLPOSON® Wolverine
Liquid retention rate: 50-70％ (depends on fiber type)
Process: Padding (Dip and roll once) →prebake at 100℃ for 1-2 minutes, and bake at 150℃ for 1 minute.
Attentions：
1. Please consume the prepared solutionwithin 8 hours
2. Although this product is non-toxic tohuman body, please void eye or skin contact when taking and using it.
3. Prevent cationic substance fromentering the product and avoid stirring the solution at high speed.
4. Please read the manual and use thisproduct correctly.
Storage：
Store in a cool, dry and ventilatedplace. The storage time is 1 year minimum. Consume it as soon as possible afteropening. If not used up at once, please cover the lid tightly to avoid moistureor foreign matters.
