热轧辊因为其特殊的设计结构而具有较高的强度，韧性和耐热性。用于高密实度的塑料板材片材成型和无纺布加热复合。
选用合金钢38CrMoA1A，42CrMo，60CrMoV，9Cr2Mo 等作为本体材料，经机械加工、热处理成型，表面硬度可达HRC58 ～ 62。
内胆螺旋式和周边钻孔两种设计结构，采用内部安装螺旋内胆或辊体周边钻孔循环引导热油，使辊面两端温差更小，热效率更高。
Hot Mill Roller have superior strength、tenacity and heat resistance due to the special design structure. The roller can be used inhigh density plastic plate and sheet forming and non-woven fabric heat compounding.
The roller body Select super quality alloy steel such as 38CrMoA1A，42CrMo，60CrMoV，9Cr2Mo etc. The surface hardnesscan be reached HRC58-62 after the machining and heat treatment.
The roller inside structure design as spiral channel and circum drilling hole,the temperature difference between double sides ofthe roller will be smaller and the thermal efficiency will be higher.
