ESAB OK Autrod4047 was originally developed as a brazing alloy, offering the advantages of a low melting point and a narrow solidification temperature range. Additionally, its silicon content is higher than that of OK Autrod4043, resulting in stronger fluidity and a smaller shrinkage rate. This alloy produces nearly dust-free bright weld seams. When using OK Autrod4047 as a filler alloy, heat cracking is significantly reduced. This alloy can be used in situations with continuous high temperatures. It is not heat treatable.
