BH-1006摩擦系数测试仪主要用于测量塑料薄膜和薄片（或其它类似材料）的静摩擦系数和滑动时动摩擦系数。通过测定塑料薄膜的摩擦系数，进一步加强对塑料薄膜特别是对包装用薄膜的滑爽性的测定，该仪器在包装行业、检验机构等部门得到广泛的应用。

　　同时主要适用于测量塑料薄膜和薄片、橡胶、纸张、纸板、编织袋、织物风格、通信电缆光缆用金属材料复合带、输送带、木材、涂层、刹车片、雨刷、鞋材、轮胎等材料滑动时的静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数。通过测量材料的滑爽性，可以控制调节材料生产质量工艺指标，满足产品使用要求。另外还可用于化妆品、滴眼液等日化用品的滑爽性能测定。

工作原理：

　　将样品裁为两块，其中一块放在工作台上用夹样器夹住，另一块包住滑块，然后将滑块安放在传感器的挂孔上，使样品在滑块受到的重力下运动，也就是使两试验表面相对移动。传感器所测得的力信号经过集成器ICL7650放大，送入记录器，同时分别记录动摩擦系数和静摩擦系数。
