　　January 9, 2012 - eWON introduces COSY 141 industrial router for customers who need fast cost-effective remote access to their PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) This solution is designed to replace old modem-based connections. The eWON COSY 141 has 4 Ethernet ports to connect the machine locally, a WAN Ethernet port for connection to the internet via the local network, and a serial port for serial connection of PLCs. This product has a simplified web interface and is designed for businesses that only need basic remote access functionality: upload and download of the PLC program, access to an IP camera, remote use of a HMI (Human Machine Interface) and remote customer support. The eWON COSY 141 enables remote maintenance of many brands of PLC. For the engineer, the experience is as good as being next to the machine swift interaction is possible using a transparent connection via most serial and ethernet PLCs, and with recognition of many protocols.
