　　IC695CRU320 CD/EH 冗余处理器：占用两（2）个插槽，采用 Celeron M，处理器速度为 1GHz。切换时间最多为 1 次逻辑扫描，为 3.133 毫秒。支持高达 64MB 的电池供电 RAM 和 64MB 非易失性闪存用户存储器，具有两（2）个支持 RS232 和 RS485 通信标准的串行通信端口。具备双处理器架构，可无缝进行故障转移，支持在线升级和配置。适用于冗余或热备用配置，当单个机架发生故障时，主动控制器任务会自动转移到辅助控制器，提高了可用性。该处理器安装在 RX3I 背板上，直接连接到外围组件互连（PCI）插槽，其他模块与总线的连接也通过 PCI 2.2 版本或更高版本，可实现背板内数据的快速传输和共享。其编程可使用梯形图、C 和功能块图语言，还支持用于分阶段迁移的系列 90-30 I/O 模块。
