　　生物降解塑料是指在自然界如土壤和/或沙土等条件下，和/或特定条件如堆肥化条件下或厌氧消化条件下或水性培养液中，由自然界存在的微生物作用引起降解，并空终完全降解变成二氧化碳（CO2）或/和甲烷（CH4）、水（H2O）及其所含元素的矿化无机盐以及新的生物质（如

　　微生物死体等）的塑料。

　　根据生物降解塑料的原料来源，可将其分为生物基生物降解塑料（如PLA、PHA）以及石化基生物降解塑料（如PBAT、PBS、PPC、PGA)两类。

　　先进的水下切粒系统稳定切出椭圆形粒子，自动化程度高，封闭系统不向环境排放烟气和粉尘，能够适应各产量需求。

　　2.计量系统 Dosing system

　　降解塑料、填充淀粉和增塑剂甘油通过独立计量系统准确计量后加入双螺杆挤出机，自动化程度高，配方调整弹性强。

　　Raw material of bio-plastic, starch and plasticizer arefed into twin screw extruder via accurate LIW feedersseparately with high automation and flexibility to adjustformulation.

　　3.下游辅机 Downstream auxiliary equipments

　　丰富合理的下游辅机设计有效对成品进行均化、筛分、干燥和冷却，并空终打包入袋，自动并紧凑
