防掉纤整理剂HOLPOSON® Zero Drop
Zero Drop 是经过技术改性的自交联型丙烯酸树脂，织物经处理后手感柔软，弹性好，富于丰厚柔软的风格。显著提高纺织品整体光洁效果及耐久性，并且对于提高全棉、涤棉、涤纶、尼龙、腈纶等合纤及其混纺针织机织物的抗起球、钩丝性、干湿摩擦牢度也具有优良的效果。

二、使用方法
1.浸轧工艺：
用 量： 30-70g/l HOLPOSON® Zero Drop
轧液率： 50-70％ (取决于纤维)
工 艺：浸轧（一浸一轧） → 100℃预烘1~2分钟，150℃焙烘1分钟。

1、织物经处理后手感柔软，几乎对加工物没有影响。
2、具有优良的耐洗涤性能。
3、提高整理效果的耐久性。
注意事项
1.配制好的溶液请于8小时内使用
2.本品虽对人体没有毒性，但是在取用时请小心勿进入眼内，沾到皮肤。
3.加工液中避免混入阳离子物质，请勿高速搅拌加工液。
4.请阅读说明书并正确使用本产品。
贮 存
存放在阴凉干燥通风的地方，该产品的贮存期限至少为1年。开封后尽快用完。如果没有用完，请盖紧防止产品受潮或混入异物。

HOLPOSON® Zero Drop is aself-crosslinking acrylic acid resin modified with technology. After treatment,the fabric feels soft, elastic and rich. It significantly improves the overallglossiness and durability of textiles. Moreover, it can also improve theanti-pilling, snagging and dry wet rubbing color fastness of pure cotton,polyester/cotton, polyester, nylon, acrylic and other synthetic fibers andtheir blends.

Usage:
1. Padding process:
Dosage: 30-70g/L HOLPOSON® Zero Drop
Liquid retention rate: 50-70% (dependingon fiber)
Process: Padding (Dip and roll once).Pre-baking at 100 ℃ for 1-2 minutes, and baking at 150 ℃ for 1 minute.
Characteristics:
1. After treatment, the fabric feelssoft. The product almost has no effect on the processed fabric.
2. It has excellent washing performance.
3. Improve the durability of finishingeffect.

1. Please use the prepared solutionwithin 8 hours
2. This product is non-toxic to humanbody, but please be careful not to get it into eyes or touch skin when takingit.
3. Please read the manual and use theproduct correctly.
4. Avoid cationic substances in theworking solution. Do not stir the working solution at high speed.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry and ventilatedplace. The storage time of the product is at least 1 year. Use up as soon aspossible after opening. If it is not used up, please cover it tightly to keepthe product from moisture or foreign matters.
