阻燃整理剂 HOLPOSON® 火人
阻燃整理剂HOLPOSON®Pyroman是一种无卤的涤纶用阻燃剂，能够有效阻止涤纶纺织品火焰蔓延，处理阻燃剂HOLPOSON®Pyroman的面料被赋予难燃的防护功能，持久性及耐水洗性强，长期有效地发挥阻燃功能。适合全涤面料和部分涤纶锦纶混纺织物。

二、使用方法
阻燃剂HOLPOSON®Pyroman整理的方法是浸轧法。在阻燃处理前需要做碱减量处理，以改变涤纶的吸湿性、手感，有效去除织物表面的杂质，显著提高阻燃整理效果。
工艺配方：
阻燃剂HOLPOSON®Pyroman 40～80g/L
工作液的配制：
在配液槽中加入70～80%的水，再加入阻燃剂HOLPOSON® 火人，搅拌，然后加入其他助剂（需预先试验其是否影响阻燃效果），并加入至规定刻度，搅拌均匀。配好的工作液8小时应用完。
工艺流程：
织物 → 二浸二轧（轧液率60～70%）→ 烘干（80～100℃）→焙烘（170～190℃×1～3min）→ 水洗 → 烘干
注意事项
1.配制好的溶液请于8小时内使用
2.对一些特殊染料，生产前应做色光变化小试
3.上述工艺配方和工艺过程根据具体加工条件作适当调整
4.焙烘温度必须严格控制，否则影响耐洗性和阻燃效果
贮 存
包装： 50KG\60KG\70KG塑料桶，贮存期为12个月。开包使用后应确保容器密闭
室内存放，避免高温、严寒。
Flame Retardent Finishing Agent
HOLPOSON® PyroMan
PyroMan is a new type halogen-free flame retardant finishing agent,which can effectively prevent the spread of flame. The fabric treated withPyroMan is endowed with flame-retardant protection, which is highly durable andwash resistant, constantly and effectively retarding flames. It’s suitable forpolyester fabric and part of polyester-nylon blends.
Physical & chemical properties:
Appearance: Colorlessto light yellow transparent mucus
Ionicity: Weak cation
Main components: Phosphorus compounds
pH value: 2-4
Solubility: Soluble in water
Usage:
The finishing method of PyroMan is padding.Alkali peeling is recommended before flame retardant treatment to improve themoisture absorption and hand feel of polyester and effectively removeimpurities on the textile surface, thus significantly improving the effect offlame retardant finishing.
1. Recipe:
PyroMan: 40-80g/L
2. Preparation of working solution:
Add 70-80% water into the mixing tank,then add the agent RINGECOLIVE® PyroMan, stir it, and then add otherauxiliaries (necessary to test inadvance whether they affect the flame retardant effect), then dilute to thespecified scale, finally stir evenly. The prepared working solution should beconsumed in 8 hours.
3. Process:
Fabric → dip and roll twice (Liquidretention rate: 60-70%) → drying (80-100 ℃) → baking (170-190 ℃ × 1-3min) →washing → drying
Attentions:
1: Please consume the prepared solutionwithin 8 hours
2: For some special dyes, a sample testfor color change should be done before production
3: The above recipe and process shouldbe adjusted according to specific processing conditions
4: The baking temperature must bestrictly controlled, otherwise the wash durability and flame retardant effectwill be compromised.
