　　ECORING is a kind of water-resistant finishingagent which does not contain fluorine. This series of products comply withREACH, OEKO-TEX 100 and other standards. At present, internationally well-knownbrands such as Nike, Adidas, UNIQLO and other clothing companies have jointlyparticipated in the development of a road map for Zero Discharge of HazardousChemicals (ZDHC), with the main goal being comprehensively discontinuing theuse of C8, C6, C4 and other fluorine-containing (PFCs) waterproof andoil-repellent agents. ECORING is a new functional textile finishing agent. Whenused as a non fluorine waterproof agent alone, it has excellent waterproof andwash durable effect on cotton fiber and synthetic fiber textiles. Thewaterproof and wash durable properties are better and have little influence onthe fabric color, and the hand feel will be softer.

　　Usage:

　　1. Pure cotton fabric

　　The concentration of ECORING varies with theprocessing fiber, required performance, processing conditions, etc. In order toobtain durable waterproof and waterproof stains, we recommend the following:

　　ECORING: 60-80g/L

　　HFM: 10-20g/L

　　pH adjustment: 4.5-5

　　Drying (Liquid rate: 70%) at 120 ℃× 90 seconds,baking at 160 ℃× 60-90 seconds

　　2. Pretreatment of anti-penetration before coating

　　ECORING: 20-50g/L

　　SO: 1g/L

　　pH: 4.5-5

　　Drying for 120 ℃× 90 seconds, and make coatingafter proper baking

　　3. Durable waterproof and oil-proof finishing of polyester/cottonfabric (65/35)

　　ECORING: 20-25g/L

　　6C: 30-50g/L

　　HFM: 15～20 g/L

　　SO: 3-5g/L

　　SOFT: 8-10 g/L

　　pH: 4.5-5

　　Processing conditions: Padding, dip and roll once.Liquid rate: 65% (Polyester/cotton)

　　Drying at 120 ℃× 90 seconds, baking at 160 ℃× 60-90seconds

　　Characteristics:

　　1. It is recommended for durable waterproof,anti-siphon and hydrostatic finishing of cotton and synthetic fibers.

　　2. It hardly affects the hand feel and airpermeability of the processed fabric, and is especially suitable for the anti-penetrationtreatment before the water-based coating.

　　3. When it is used for cellulose fiber, it needs tobe used with cross-linking agent to achieve excellent durable waterproofeffect.

　　Attentions:

　　1. Slowly add ECORING to soft water while stirring,and do not stir at high speed. This is because the high shear force may damagethe emulsion.

　　2. Before waterproof finishing, please check theresidual auxiliaries, salts, fibers and other substances on the fabric surface.The presence of these substances will reduce the waterproof effect. Therefore,the fabric to be treated must be fully pretreated to ensure that there is noresidual surfactant.

　　3. Do not store too much working solution for along time, and the prepared working solution shall be used up as soon aspossible.
